Flash Pack wanted to throw epic house parties in London and New York, giving their community a chance to make new friends and experience the Flash Pack vibe in one unforgettable night. The goal? Create events that spark meaningful conversations, are packed with fun and unique touches, and exude their signature excellence.

Warm-ups and ice-breakers including laughter yoga and House Party Bingo.
Bespoke Party Games: guests received personalized "Flash Pack Passports" filled with duo challenges like "Desert Island Discs," "Sketch & Chat," and "The After Dinner Table,". Teams earned points throughout the night with the more connections they made, leading to laughter and lively conversations.
The evening kicked off with icebreakers, flowed into the main event, and wrapped up with a prize ceremony, keeping energy levels high and guests engaged.

My Work:
Venue Scouting: Found and negotiated rates for the perfect London penthouse and New York loft, ensuring they fit both our vision and budget.
Experience Design: Developed the bespoke "Flash Pack Passport" game and designed the flow of the entire evening.
Event Coordination: Developed the event timeline and running order, hosted the London party, and trained a host for the New York event.
Design and Branding: Worked with a designer to bring to life the passports, bespoke conversation cards, signage and venue décor to reflect the Flash Pack brand.
Team Training: Prepared teams in both cities to deliver a top-notch experience.
Budget Management: Negotiated with vendors and kept a close eye on expenses to ensure we stayed within budget without compromising quality.

Impact:
The house parties were a hit, with 50 attendees in each city and almost all of those joining Flash Pack's online community following the events, as well as five people booking Flash Pack trips directly within 24 hours. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with over 80% of guests saying they'd recommend Flash Pack to a friend. These events not only sparked new friendships but also showcased Flash Pack’s knack for creating exceptional, engaging experiences.
